Room Attendant

Cleans hotel areas including, but not limited to, guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, house laundry, stairways, exterior, etc. according to company standards and within required time frames.

Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry, etc. in various areas such as guest rooms and restrooms.

Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Stocks, organizes, and maintains housekeeping carts and equipment.

Always greets guests in a warm, friendly manner.

Strictly adheres to safety & security policies to ensure personal safety, safety of the guest and their belongings, and company property.

Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, unnecessary damage, or accidents.

House Person

Housemen duties include assisting in the housekeeping department to clean common areas, repairing and replacing malfunctioned units and furniture, responding on guest’s requests and inquiries, flexibility to multi-task, and coordinating to other personnel for concerns and guests’ assistance.

Busser

Busboys help support other restaurant staff members by cleaning, clearing and setting tables for guests, stocking supplies, and attending to the needs of guests. These entry-level staff members may also be known as bussers.

Bartenders

Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.

Premium Servers

You serve tables and take orders, service buffets and banquets, or work the bar in a lounge area. You ensure orders are correct and received by guests in a reasonable amount of time.

Chef Attendant

Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.

Food Runners

The Food Runner is primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. It is this person who will maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organization of order tickets, and communicate effectively with BOH team.
